How do I place an order?

Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, we do. They make a great gift and are redeemable for up to 3 months. Contact

What are the sizes of the prints?
Gallery 1 prints are 13 1/2" x 40". Gallery 2 are 12" x 36"
and Gallery 3 are 12" x 36". There are description links on the Gallery
pages, "framed, unframed and fiber optic". Otherwise the sizes are
noted under the image.
How long does it take to get my order?
Shipping time varies among each Gallery. Check shipping and handling information
links provided for each gallery. Holidays will affect delivery times.
How do I place a large order?
Call us at toll free 1-877-302-5492. Volume and shipping discounts
may apply. You can also place an order for one on line and send us the rest
of the order via e-mail and we will charge your card accordingly.
What if the billing address is different from the
shipping address?
E-mail link is provided on your Order Form or Confirmation Page. Tell us the
name the order was placed under and "ship to" address. No PO Box delivery.
Do you have Next Day or Express shipping?
Yes, call your order in right now at 1-877-302-5492. We will process
your order ASAP. Tell you right now, it is expensive.
What if I ordered the wrong print?
Call us at 1-877-302-5492. You will need to return it to the vendor. You will
be responsible for the return shipping and handling cost. Once your return is
received, the vendor will send you the correct one.
What in the heck is a fiber optic art display?
A truly unique city skyline art display that is illuminated with over 150 points
of light traveling in an alluring array of colors across a beautiful city skyline
panorama. Each is showcased in a handsome wood frame
or modern metal frame. We believe that we make
the best custom made lighted art available.
How long has Citiscapes been doing this?
We've been custom crafting fiber optic art displays since 1996.
Sounds like a lot of work. Is it?
Each is made to order with over 150 fiber
optic strands manually cut to length and individually seared over candle
flame and hand-woven into the picture. It takes allot of patience and time to
set each strand in its place.
How much does a Citiscape fiber optic art display
cost?
Displays from Gallery One, Gallery
Three, and Gallery Four are $259.00 plus S/H
with a wood frame and $189.00 plus S/H with a black metal frame. Fiber optic
displays from Gallery Two are only $299.00 plus
S/H with a wood frame and $229.00 plus S/H with a
black metal frame.
How long does it take to get a fiber optic art display?
We average 2-4 weeks for delivery. Holidays will effect delivery time, order
early. Custom built in wall units take 5-6 weeks delivery.

We strive to make you a very unique, quality crafted art showpiece. This is
a once in a life time purchase. People will actually notice this art. We proudly
make these in the USA and you’ll be proud to show yours off.
Do you have a guarantee?
We offer a 30 day return policy, starting from the delivery date. This should
give you enough time to know if you like it or not. If you decide to send it
back, call us between 8:00am-5:00pm PST. No "e-mail excuses" will
be accepted as a genuine return. Once we receive the returned item, we will
credit your account the original purchase amount less S/H and a 10% re-stocking
fee. Damage to the product while in your possession will nullify this guarantee.
Note: There is a no return policy on murals, canvases, large photos,
ink and watercolor art or extra large fiber optic displays.
Will a fiber optic display match my decor?
We offer 6 wood frame colors to choose from, to coordinate
with your home and office. Custom colors and stains with semi-gloss polyurethane
finish are offered, extra charges are applied. The metal
frame is offered in a black finish only.
What kind of illumination do you use?
Our exclusive illuminators are manufactured to our display specifications. We
use the same kind of components that most other fiber optic novelty lamps use.
These are plug in units not battery operated.
What information do you need if I want a different
print or size?
You will be working with us on your art project. Location of your print and
size is needed, so that we may review it. Frame size, color and wood selection.
Special orders require 50% down payment. No return policy on special request
orders.
Who do you use for shipping?
All items are shipped by UPS, USPS or FedEx. All unframed items shipped to Alaska
and Hawaii will be charged an additional $10. Framed prints, canvases and murals
are $20. Contact us for international shipping rates.
Are these like the ones I’ve seen at the mall?
No. These are fiber optic, not LED bulbs. You get what you pay for. Our displays
are assembled here in the USA and the frames are made with high quality wood
or aluminum metal with a durable finish. These displays are protected with tempered
glass. All displays illuminate in four colors and have over 150 points of light
yet only require one light bulb.
Do you sell unframed prints?
We do sell unframed prints and photographs from very talented panoramic photographers.
International shipping is offered. Save yourself some time, money and effort
and consider ordering it framed.

Offered in a standard black metal. Colored frames are available. Contact
us about your frame color needs. Sorry, no international shipping.
What if you don't have the print or photograph I want?
We offer 100's of panoramas to choose from. Let us know what you are looking
for and we will gladly help you find that very special print or photograph.
